Gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnuts

We're relative newcomers to gnocchi but so glad we've discovered it finally! This is certainly a favourite supper dish. And once again, lovely and simple!

Gnocchi
200ml single cream
50 ml white wine
125g gorgonzola (or other blue cheese - stilton, shropshire blue etc)
Black pepper
Grated nutmeg
50g walnuts
Rocket leaves to serve

In one pan boil water. Once it is boiling add gnocchi. When it floats, it's ready.

Meanwhile place the cream in another pan over a low heat. Once it has warmed though, add the wine and stir. Add the crumbled cheese and stir until melted. Season with black pepper and nutmeg. Just before serving add the walnuts. Stir through the gnocchi and serve with some rocket leaves.
